Under the masterful direction of Executive Chef Oren Peer
our menu is tailored to each season. In our kitchen, Chef Oren harmoniously blends the classic with the
exotic to create dishes that satisfy the palate and stimulate the mind.
Executive Chef Oren's classical training in France and Israel has given him inimitable skill at balancing
American tastes with international flavor. Prior to joining Longwood Events Corporation Chef Oren,
a native of Israel, built his reputation in overseas hotels. As the Executive Chef at two of the world's most
renowned hotels in Eliat, Israel, the Red Sea Paradise Hotel and Le Meriden, he was responsible for the dining
service to more than 800 guest suites, 12 restaurants, five gourmet food and beverage outlets, two exclusive
dining rooms and a 400-person special event venue. Chef Oren holds a diploma from l'Ecole Lenotre in
Paris and has studied at La Tour D'Argent restaurant in Paris.
